Any citizen of India or NRI holding an Indian passport can apply for Baroda Home Loan Advantage. The borrower can deposit all his savings in a linked savings bank account to get the maximum benefit of interest in the home loan account. The borrower can remit the Equated Monthly Installment (EMI) to the linked savings bank account.
The maximum repayment tenure of the home loan loan will be up to 30 years, including a maximum moratorium period of 36 months. There will be a moratorium period of 18 months for buildings up to the seventh floor and under-construction residences.
